Warmed up 22 minutes, went to the bathroom, did some strides, shed my shirt, and ran. Zack and his friend Sam also participated. Splits were 1.5 seconds for the first 9m, then 69, 73, 73, 71. I might have been able to go a bit faster with a longer warmup, I think, and having some competition would definitely have helped. Zack ran 5:18 and Sam ran 5:49.
