22 min wu on Amazon with mile loops of 7:50, 7:46. Really was effortless so I decided to do my tempo run tonight instead of tomorrow that I had originally intended. Did a few strides and then set off to run a true controlled tempo. Wanted to target ~6:20 to start and stay very relaxed then slowly speed up if I was able to without straining. The run went just about as planned!
