The front of my lower right leg has been sore for a few days now. Being the paranoid injury prone runner that I am, I fear the worst (stress fracture). Right along the bone is painful to the touch. I decided to just do an easy 3 miler just to get something in. I feel like I need to take a few weeks off from running after my half marathon on Oct. 17. I'm going to ride the bike in the gym and renew my acquaintance with the weight room. On Sunday I got in a hard 50 minute ride on the bike. I did about 11 miles on level 5 resistance, whatever that means.
