Luke - 8

Ran at CalTech with Steve's running group, the Flyers. There was a good group for me to run with, where I finished each rep just at the front. About halfway through I noticed some irritation on my foot, and I took off my sock and found I had a blister a bit bigger than the size of a quarter on the bottom of my foot...I guess my feet weren't used to the Mondo track surface. Was happy to finish the workout faster than I started. Afterwards I was SO HUNGRY and then I ate a ton and I was SO FULL.

    I was hoping you were going to say something like "I found I had a blister a bit bigger than the size of Texas"...
