Steve - 7.15

7.15 in 65:49 (9:12) on the dirt. Did this run early in the morning before work. Speaking of which, the other day at work, I mapped a nice plan for the next 8 weeks to get ready for my half marathon. I'm only going to get up to a little more than 50 miles unless I'm feeling really good. I just want to be smart about my mileage increases so I don't hurt myself. Already have a hip issue that I dont want to aggravate anymore. I actually ordered some bands to rehab it. On that link, there is a video with some suggested exercises that I am going to try. Hopefully it helps.
