Well, I'm not going to lie to you and tell you that felt good. Over the first mile I stopped approximately 3 times due to side aches. And while my run tracking graph on Nike+ is normally a steady incline that reaches a plateau about a mile into my run and stay there until the end, this run looked like rolling hills on a graph. But I'm glad I grunted through it, even at a slow pace and feel better for having gotten a run in today.
