31:24 - 7:31 pace
I'm trying to not worry about setting a fast pace, and just going with how my knee/hip feels for the day. For some reason today it felt better than ever. I thought about doing 5 since the knee was hardly bothering me, but I didn't want to push it too much. I'll keep doing this medium length route until my hip feels strong enought to go 5 or more. Which I hope is sooner rather than later because I miss my Magneto loop.
