Chris - 1.95

14:10 - 7:15 pace

I know this run is ridiculously short, but I wanted to do a shorter run to see how my knee felt. Stronger today. Still some weakness, but I was able to really push myself the second half of the run and work up a good sweat. I might do a bunch of short runs like this until my knee gets strong enough to do 5-6 milers without much pain.
