Mile loops of 8:00, 7:57, 7:49, 7:51, 7:52, 7:37, and 7:27. Decided to go a bit slower tonight...would have gone a bit longer but had to get back for The Office and Always Sunny.
I was going to run twice today but after going to bed at 11:20, I slept through my 8:30am alarm and got up at 1pm instead. That's almost 14 hours of sleep! I guess I needed it.
That's rivalling Alison during some of her law school days!
