Skipped out on the Flyers workout this week and ran at a track closer to my house instead. Pretty much the same tempo run as last week, except I didn't push it all in this one. I tried to keep an even effort and did for the most part. After recovering for a few minutes, knocked out an easy 84 400. Felt great. I'm doing a 5K on Sunday. I'm shooting to break 19.
