Steve - 4.8

This was a really easy, stretch out the legs, slog it out run. My quads, glutes, and hams were pretty trashed from doing a bunch of lunges, wall sits, and other leg stuff on Sunday. I'm really trying to do that stuff, but I usually only get around to it once a week. Well I got through this run anyway.
