Amazon Trail: 3 laps. No watch, no splits.
I know I have not posted in a while because I have only ran a few times the past couple of weeks with a nagging shin/ankle pain and the runs have been pretty rough. In the mean time, I have started swimming again and have simply been destroyed by school/work. I hope to start my regular routine back up again ASAP and keep Chris and Steve off my heels in the 5k for a while longer. Keep up the solid running everyone.
