Luke - 6.5

6.5mi, 47:43 (7:20)

Mile loops of 7:30, 7:30, 7:07, 7:00, and 6:55. I still have crap on my lungs or whatever, but these short runs are going pretty well. Hopefully next week I'll be able to do more serious mileage.
