Steve - 3.3

Luke came up with a plan for my final 2 weeks before my big race on July 18. It's a corporate competition with road races and track relays. I'm going to run a 5k and possibly some intermediate distance events on the track. So I have been looking forward to it for awhile because I like to compete a lot. I am hoping to go sub-19 in my 5k on July 18, so I'm really going to try and make these next 11 days count. Luke's recipe called for an easy 3 miles today and I banged it out on a mixture of grass medians and streets near my house. Had to step over some dog shit in a few spots because people in L.A. don't like to pick up after their pets, but it was a good run otherwise. Tomorrow is another track workout...
