Steve - 7.57

7.57 mi in 66 min(8:43). This is an out-and-back route with a turnaround point right near the beach. For about 2/5 of this run I can run on dirt and deep sand. The sand portion is really soft and can be tough to run through, but it's better than running on pavement. I think I'll start doing this run every week. I felt pretty good. Pace was easy and comfortable.

  1. I always thought it'd be a great workout to run in the sand like once a week. That's pretty cool.
