Happy Helter Skelter Day?

This was a very slow run (8 minutes) but I had done 40 mins of abs & weight training so I was wiped.

  1. Forty minutes of abs? Holy cow! I do like 5-10 minutes of crunches (as many as I can do) and that usually wipes me out.
