3 miles in 28:07(9:22). First run after all the races this weekend. Body is starting to feel normal again after some soreness the last few days. I'm going to skip my track workout on Wednesday night. I don't think it would be a good idea to do a hard workout so soon after so many races in such a short amount of time. This week I'll things easy, but start increasing the distance of my runs again.
I decided I'm going to take another stab at breaking 19. I think I'm going to run the Free to Breathe 5K on August 3rd. It's real nearby where I live, so I might as well give it a shot...
