Didn't end up running in Seattle so this was my first run in a week. Still very much on the mend, but feeling okay. It's rainy in Eugene, but if you live in the Northwest you better be able to do it in the rain. Go Ducks!

ReplyDeleteAlex I know the exact tone "erewegoducks!" should be said in...starting a bit high and dropping off quickly, then hold it at a low tone until the end but slide back on up during "ducks". I hope I've explained this lucidly.
ReplyDeleteYou going to the game? GameDay? Zack and I might get out there at 7am, perhaps in our Halloween costumes. We're both so excited for all of Saturday.

ReplyDeleteI'm definitely going to the game, considering going for GameDay, depends on whether or not I'm feeling better. If I had nothing to do next week I would go to GameDay without question, but I have to go back to LA on Monday so I need to get healthy. Chris, Marshall and Carlos will definitely be there, probably at 4AM.
