That felt good. Probably a faster pace than that, as I got stuck at a crosswalk for awhile. I really need to get in the habit of pausing my timer when that happens. I'm not going to be able to run tomorrow, so I decided to have back to back running days even though that wasn't in my rehab plan. Luckily, although there was some tenderness, this run felt really good. It was too dark to run the trail so I ran on The Strand, which is all concrete, but I felt strong and even ran a hill to finish the run. Flying to Seattle tomorrow. Love running in that air.
