Luke - 6.25

6.25mi, 48:20 (7:44)

Mile loops of 8:10, 7:44, 7:47, 7:44, and 7:36. I had a feeling the run wouldn't be very fast, since my legs were still a bit tired from the morning run, so I just made sure I got the mileage in, and concentrated on my form. On the way back I did one stride, just to feel a little bit of speed. And then afterwards I had DoughCo! Mmmmmm.

  3. Yeah I was hoping you guys would know what I meant...I don't like the word "strider", which some people use.
