Mile loops of 7:57, 7:39, 7:33, and 7:33, then a pitstop, then finished up on the track. I figured while I was there I might as well do a little fartlek, so I did 400 off, 400 on for two miles. Splits of 1:54, 95, 2:00, 91, 2:03, 92, 2:03, 91. The fast portions didn't feel too hard at all, and when I got home I was barely breathing heavily and felt great. So that's cool.
