Mile loops of 7:44, 7:31, 7:27, 7:17, 7:13, 7:02, 6:54, 6:39, 6:30, and 5:57. I really wanted to get under 6 on the last one, so I'm pretty happy. The run definitely took a bit out of me; I had to work at it near the end.
