37:03 - 7:21 pace
Was expecting this run to be faster since I didn't run yesterday. But I didn't sleep as much last night as I usually do, and worked a decent amount of OT today, so I was pretty devoid of energy. I'm going to run about 10 miles this week I think. Coupled with the mountain bike ride Friday I should get plenty of exercise and rest so my legs will be fresh for the 5k of my life. This week is going to be awesome - big race this coming Sunday, taking 2 days of vaca to go to Corvallis to hang and mountain bike with 2 of my best buddies, and today I talked to the hiring manager of the position I applied for at work and it sounds like I have a decent shot at getting it!
