4.25mi, 34:38 (8:08)
Mile loops of 8:39, 8:01 and 6:54. Too much pizza and beer beforehand.

  1. You addict, you don't need to be doing this when you're doing a half marathon everyday! Seems like the decision to run was based on beer too.

  2. Nah, I'd decided to do an evening 4.25 that morning, or maybe the day before. I did 95.2 last week, I think it's perfectly fine to increase the weekly total by a few miles.
