Luke - 3.25

Was supposed to do 6 miles with flying 50s, which is a pretty short, easy workout.  But when I started running I felt like I couldn't move.  I didn't feel sore or tired or anything, I just couldn't go.  I started out at about 9:30 pace and was only getting slower, so I cut it short.  Hopefully tomorrow's run will be fine.
