Luke - 7.5

7.5mi, 55:12 (7:21)  Felt really good!  The last week or two I haven't been feeling too good on my runs, but last night and tonight I've felt...I guess "sharper" is the word.  I think it's because I did an interval workout, it felt good to go fast.  Hopefully the good runs continue through the weekend, when I'm running that 10k.  Goal is sub-35.
